The administration have no objection for ship owners to use the following Classification Societies as Recognised Organisations (RO) to carry out statutory surveys/audits, plan approvals, and issue international convention certificates for and on behalf of the St.Maarten Maritime Administration.

Korean Register of Shipping (KR)
LUCDRA SHIPPING CO., LIMITED (LC)

Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NKK)
Registro Italiano Navale (RINA)
Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RS)
